Installation #

Install the app (software) on the child’s device first. There, enter a parent email address and—on first setup—create a password. When installing additional child devices, use the same login email so all devices appear together in the web portal. With this parent email and password, you can then configure all settings and view reports in the web portal. Make sure only you—not your child—have access to the email address used during installation.
