Parent App #

This menu item opens the view that is also available directly in the Parent App. Here you can see at a glance all child devices with the current daily usage time in an overview. Further information can be found in the Parent App chapter.

All notices #

If there are notices for individual devices (approval requests, extension requests, or missing permissions), they are displayed here for all devices.

What’s new #

Shows a brief overview of the latest changes and updates to the Android app, the Windows software, and the Web Portal.

Feedback / Contact #

Use this menu item to contact support. After sending, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. By replying to this e-mail, you can also attach additional screenshots.

Web Portal history #

See information in the Portal history chapter.

Profiles (save/load) #

Profiles allow you to save extensive settings and load them on another device if necessary. See information in the Profiles chapter.

My data/licenses #

In the My Data/Licences section you will find an overview of all your devices and existing licenses. Everything concerning licenses can be found in the Licences chapter.

Add additional users #

In the My Data/Licences area you can also create additional Web Portal users (e-mail addresses), e.g., for your spouse. These additional logins have the same permissions as the main user and can also be used with the free Parent App.

Sign out #

Here you can sign out of the Web Portal.
