Start, Devices and Menus #

Start page #

If you log in via the Salfeld homepage, you will land directly on the start page of the Web Portal. Here you can see an overview of the daily time used for the selected device as well as links to the various settings.

Device selection #

At the top right you’ll find the selection menu for the different devices on which you have installed the parental control. If an entry is missing, make sure the version has been installed first on the child’s PC or smartphone. If a device does not appear in the selection despite installation, please check whether there is a typo.

Navigation menu #

In the Web Portal you’ll find a menu on the left that lets you navigate to the various settings (e.g., Device Limit, App Filter, Web Filter, Reports, etc.). On a smaller device (smartphone) this menu is accessible via the hamburger icon at the top left. You can find the individual menu items in the Web Portal chapter.

Options menu #

In the menu directly to the left of the device selection, you will find advanced functions that do not relate to a specific device only. More about this in the Options Menu chapter.
